Planiram 3 puta tjedno radit startbodyweight trening(zgibovi,veslanja,sklekovi,dipsi,bodyweigh čučnjevi,izdržaji i sl.),u to bi ubacio i mrtvo dizanje pa me zanima koliko puta tjedno u kojoj rep.set shemi da radim najbolje?Imate nekakav program provjeren ili neki svoj prijedlog?
