Narucio sam optimum whey gold standard pa me zanima mogu li ga piti s dekstrozom i s koliko dekstroze ako mi mjerica proteina treba biti 30g, ako se ne varam? :)

Možeš ga piti s dekstrozom. Stavi u shaker 30 g proteina i 60 g dekstroze.

cak i tad,to su bjelancevine,ako si aktivan onda ce to doc na pravo mjesto,tj. u misice,ako nisi aktivan onda ih i ne bi ni trebao piti zar ne?

da naravno , ne vidim svrhu da se pije ako se ne radi, inace redovno trcim oko 5 puta sedmicno po 65 minuta, i to mi je dalo rezultate i to odlicne , ali opet ostane stomaka pa sam kontao da probam sa whey proteinom , naravno rad u teretani da skinem to , a i plus posle cardio treninga da pijem da vidim koliko ce mi pomoci . hvala opet
