bok svima.

Imam 28 god, 176 cm i 87 kg.

Cilj je skinuti barem 12-13 kg. Trenutno radim insanity treninge uz koje ubacim orbitrek ujutro nataste ili koji HIIT trening. Trudim se promjeniti prehranu iz koje sam izbacio slatkise i secer opcenito. Dnevno unosim 2-3 l vode dnevno. U 2 tjedna skinuo sam 3 kg.
