Pa napravite si kruh doma, pronadite neki recept kupite sjemenke po zelji I brasno. Bit ce zdravije I znati cete sami nutricionalnu vrijednost.

Kod nas nema wasa u prodaji, mogu naci neke zamjenske, znam da ima bijelih, ali ako nadjem integralne, bit ce jos bolje.

Zaboravi te rižine stiropor kekse. Raž je najmanje zlo od žitarica. Alternativno kruhu imaš one iverale od raži, wasa i finncrisp. To je sasvim ok.

Dobro, a sta je s rizinim krekerima kakvi su oni u kombinaciji s maslacem? Ili dvopek (iako mislim da je on promasaj) bolje da pitam.

Samo maži. Raž uzrokuje niski inzulinski odgovor a maslac će ti pružiti izvor energije za dug osjećaj sitosti. Samo gledaj da je neki dobar raženi kruh, po mogućnosti domaći, a ne neki od bijelog brašna s dodanom bojom i aromom raži.

Kad vec spominjete masti, je li uredu za dorucak namazati maslac na razev hljeb? S obizirom da zelim izgubiti masno tkivo, da li trebam potpuno izbaciti masnoce iz ishrane, iako znam da je maslac preporucljiv, ali kako kome.. :S
Znaci konkretno pitanje masnije ili light mlijecne proizvode u procesu mrsanja?

Ali ako staviš komad nekog mesa ili sira, onda to više nije posno i fit kao s internet portala. Zelena salata je jedino što ti treba da imaš energije cijeli dan. Nedajbože svinjsku mast na fitness kruh stavit. Wink

znaci okey kupiti u dm-u :D jer Npr danas nisam bila kuci 11 do 15h tako da sam mislila da kad stvarno nemam vremena, uzmem taj kruh i napravim sebi neki sendvic sa crvenom paprikom zelenom salatom da mogu prezalogajiti.. a napravila sam sebi ishranu kad sam kod kuce i uspijeva mi naravno uz treninge :) a Goranchero pokusat cu cim uhvatim vremena napraviti :) :) nadam se da ce mi ispastikako treba

Domaći raženi će sigurno bit bolji jer će sadržavati par sastojaka i imaš sve pod kontrolom, ali i ovaj može proći. No ne prolazi izjava da kruh treba izbaciti u procesu mršavljenja, pogotovo ako je jelovnik koji je i doveo do problema bio krcat glupostima. Izbacivanje ili minimiziranje može pomoći, pogotovo kod nekih ljudi ili u određenim fazama mršavljenja, ali generalno nije problem u tome i ne treba se mučiti time na početku.
