Evo da otvorim temu u kojoj mozete pisati svoje treninge koje ste odradili taj dan.. ja sam se probudio s nadom da cu odradit jutarnji kardio, ali prvo dorucak, jer na prazan zeludac ipak nemogu

Moj jutarnji trening ce biti: 40min bicikliranja

  ajde moze..  znaci vjezbe, broj serija i ponavljanja.. tako da drugi koji nisu bas upuceni toliko u fitness, mogu ovako sastaviti sebi program citajuci nase izvjestaje treninga..

Joj.. moji treninzi su cudni i nisu za pocetnike tako da... nemojte kopirati :D

Jucer sam jedva otišao na trening no pošto sam nedavno osnovao tim za vježbanje ( sinoc smo treceg clana uzeli) imao sam nekakvu odgovornost prema partneru :)

Prvo kad sam došao vidio sam da frend radi deadlift pa sam povukao  90 kg deadlifta, onda sam povukao š30, pa š50.. sve ok.. onda me frend nagovori da probam povuci š70 ( najviše sam š60 a i nedavno sam imao ozljedu pa.. teško da ce ici ) povucem ja š70 - jedva ali uspjem odvalim si žulj na ruci i pocnem krvariti iz ruke tako da sam ostatak treninga radio cucnjeve u serijama po š2 sa nekih 60 kg  zgibove na zglobovima (zbog novonastale ozljede ruke) i za šalu smo radili biceps curl na spravi (koja je puno lakša nego kad se radi s pravim utezima) 70 x 3 - partner povukao 85 x3

  he he.. dobar si.. ja mrtvo dizanje nikad nisam radio.. sada cu pocet i to.. vidim da moram izbacit sve sprave i samo utege ubacit.. od sprava koristim za ledja onu za veslanje, za biceps  isto spravu, te za nogu fleksija i ekstenzija.. sada cu pocet prave vjezbe radit :D

Samo polako sa tim pravim vježbama, treba ih nauciti što bolje raditi, ja sad pokušavam što boljom tehnikom ovladati

  da, moram mrtvo naucit pravu tehniku izvodjenja.. jer imam problema sa ledjima pa bi moglo biti problema..

  Ovih tjedan dana obaram rekorde u osnovnim vježbama (koje btw jedine i radim) al da ne pišem sve što sam odradio u tih tjedan dana, evo za danas

cucanj zadnji š90xš uz laganu podršku za leđa od spotera
Hack cucanj šipkom š80x2 bez beda
Malo good morninga sa šš0kg
Dipsi za triceps s 50g

 eto i mene decki među vas

danas je trebao bit ozbiljan trening u teretani ali se pretvorio u daj šta daš kucni trening....ajmo rec da sam radila po svom guštu, kako mi došlo:

š. zagrijavanje na sobnom bic.
2. trbušnjaci - dizanje nogu s poda sa pilates loptom i crunches
3. leđnjaci - superman
4. široki cucnjevi sa bucicom u rukama
5. iskoraci
6. "kauc dipsevi" za tricepse
7. bicepsi - hammer curl, biceps pregib u pretklonu, stajaci i sa zaokretom
8. neko polubzvz mrtvo dizanje sa bucicama

zbrda zdola, zbrkano i ponešto traljavo izvedeno ali bit ce bolje - bolje i to nego ništa :))
