Meni kod cucnja (dubokog) se javlja bol malo iznad križa :( imam dojam da mi se donji dio kracježnice pri punom cucnju lagano savije, a ako pokušam leđa malo uspravnije držati, padam na dupe Thumbs Down

Ne radim još ništa :) Malo cu isprobati koji mi više odgovara s obzirom na dužinu ruku i tako to. Probat cu klasicni pa cemo vidjeti. Trebam sad skupiti nešto iskustva da bih uopce mogao donositi neke odluke...

što se tice malih težina, ma to ovako dok dobijem malo osjecaja za kretanje + još uvijek ne znam koja je optimalna težina za mene, to jest ne znam s koliko mogu raditi ispravno. Budem ja još pitao za savjete

Jucer sam prvi put u životu probao deadlift sa šipkom...bilo je predivno. Mislim da cu ubaciti deadlift u svoje treninge... :)
