Ono što uglavnom nalazim kao problem za izvođenje pistola jesu kruti fleksori kuka. Kao i kod klasicnog cucnja... Snaga je uglavnom na dovoljnoj razini za napraviti barem dva tri komada s tjelesnom težinom. |

Jucer sam probao (bodyweight .. bez utega) i vrlo interesantno mi je to.. Definitivno cu uz ostale kombinacije cucnjeva i to svakodnevno raditi.. Radite li ovo? |
