svi znate onu vjezbu za ramena front raise. znaci, predrucenje bucicama.

jel valja raditi takvu vjezbu za zadnje rame samo naravno obrnuto. znaci bucica ide unatrag..

imam problema s izborom vjezbi za ramena. (pogotovo za zadnje). ne kontam tu razliku koju trebam napravit da pogodim zadnje rame. meni svu svi ti pokreti identicni npr. kod letenja bucica u pretklonu (meni je to vise za srednje nego za zadnje rame).

ma ja sam s marincima smrdala lijevo rame pa me uvijek kod flya boli pregib podlaktice i nadlaktice i na slikama mi vidno lijevo rame zaostaje za desnim..od tad su oni za mene prekrizeni

zato ga i radim.uvijek mi je teža opcija izazovnija pa si onda zabrijem da je bolja i efikasnija, što naravno ne mora biti slucaj

Pazi, sam pocetni polozaj kod arnoldovog pressa iziskuje veci napor za podizanje utega.. i jos kontrola utega kod rotacije itd..

vecina s kojima sam pricala mi kaže da ne vidi neku pretjeranu korist od te rotacije al ja baš nekako bolje osjetim nego kod obicnog potiska. Možda, zbog vece koncentracije koju moram uložiti ili si samo ja to brijem u glavi..uglavnom, meni je dobra. I svaki put radim FST7 za jednu glavu ramena
