da.. ali uskih.. sirokih ne.. vidis.. oduvijek radim zgibove doma..i na tome sam stvarno jak.. ali zato je stradao bench.. nemogu gurnut ni š00 kg.. heh e

svaka cast, ja sam prije ozljede došao do 22 sa nadhvatom ali par mjeseci sam ih aktivno radio, tako da bit ce bolje!
još jednom cestitam, 25 zgibova je hvale vrijedan uspjeh |

hvala.. ali nisam ja zadovoljan.. njih mogu radit.. sve vjezbe gdje treba povuci prema sebi, dizem (vucem) puno vise nego kad se odgurava.. pogotovo na nogama.. ali tu sam hendikepiran, kad su mi napuknute tetive.. nikako to ojacat.. imas kakav savjet?

Puni opseg pokreta? Pohvalno ako je tako
To je ono po cemu se razlikujemo, neki bolje vuku (pull) dok neki bolje guraju (push). Ja sam recimo kao i ti u skupini onih koji su bolji na vježbama vucenja, i to osjetno. cak sam mislio reducirati volumen i broj vježbi vucenja u korist push vježbi pa vidjet ucinak. |
