Hm svaka cast...4 mjeseca???? wtf... predobro... ja se ne usudjem ic na keto-imam probleme s tim rezimom- boli me glava i nakon par dana pocnem jesti puno UH ne mogu da se suzdrzim valjda zbog gubitka UH na ketozi, plus tesko mi je trenirat bez UH ja ne znam kako vi to uspjete fakat  jer ja nekad sa 150 grama UH prije cross treninga koji radim osjetim vrtoglavicu i nemoc, a kamoli sa 30, 40 ili 50 grama

sad trenutno pokusavam jesti izbalansirano mada kada ne treniram pokusavam biti na oko 100 grama UH... kad treniram jedem oko 150, ponekad 200 grama... proteini oko 100-120 grama, i masti-uzmem ujutru lanene uz zobene, i jedem cesto losos (svaki 2-3 dan), i popodne malo ljesnjaka ili oraha, i dnevno 1000 mg omege 3 jer su mi trigliceridi bili blago povecani na zadnjem testu...jela sam dosta jaja e sad je li od toga nije od toga ne znam jer sam jela citavo jaje, sad ako jedem jaje jedem jedan zumanjak i ostalo bjelanca

e sad ne mogu rec da nekad ne pojedem kebab, malo cokolade il krofnu, i tako to ali se trudim da to ne bude cesto i ako varam da bude jedan obrok...znam da moram sebi postavit cilj i drzat se toga samo sto gubim kontrolu pogotovo pred menstruaciju

i sad sam uvela u svaki obrok jesti zeleno povrce, bez voca stvarno ne mogu tako da ne znam da li bi ikada mogla ic na keto

....to ti je definicija....deficit.....znači skidanje sala  ...ako pet dana vježbaš u tjednu..

Može zadnja 3 dana, iz obroka u obrok, što detaljnije? :)
Što se triglicerida tiče, pusti jadna jaja na miru :) ali razmisli o mogućnosti problema sa štitnjačom (na to ću prvo posumnjati s obzirom na očite česte prolongirane deficite). btw. kako kolesterol stoji? Može se vezati i za druge poremećaje, ali to ne vjerujem da je slučaj..bubrezi, jetra...isto tako, puno ljudi krivo misli da te povišene masnoće u krvi dolaze isključivo od masnoća iz hrane, a zaboravljaju na ulogu ugljikohidrata...što kod tebe sigurno nije slučaj, jer vjerojatno jedeš i premalo uh-a (bez obzira na povremeni unos ovoga što govoriš). Ukoliko koristiš kontracepciju, uzmi u to u obzir....eto, čisto da ti malo pokažem i širu sliku tih trig. jer ta jaja uvijek prva pate :)

D: zobene oko 50 g+banana+4 sljive suhe; jedno cijelo jaje+jedan bjelanjak (kuhano) R: losos (oko 125 g)+ salata od rotkve i kupusa izmedju: 2 mandarine i banana oko 17:00 ako idem na trening poslije onda uzmem ili zobene (oko 50 grama) ili tjesteninu integralnu (oko 80 grama) V: (poslije treninga)- banana+whey- 1h nakon toga piletina na teflonu oko 100 grama
znaci ovo je kad treniram...
da koristim kontracepciju...radila sam hormone stitnjace i sve je ok...sad sam ubacila omegu 3 tablete pa cu ic kontrolirat za 2-3 mjeseca krv opet da vidim...kolesterol je blago povecan

Ovak na oko ovo mi izgleda da ima cca 1300-1500 kalorija, a to je premalo, pogotovo dok treniras. Nadam se da ne jedes jos manje u dane kad ne treniras. Proteina imas samo 80-90 g. Ubaci jos koje jaje i posni sir. Prije treninga dodaj malo proteina u obrok, npr. tjesteninu sa posnim sirom, a mozes jos sira i prije spavanja.

Onda je kontracepcija moguće u pitanju..
Što se jelovnika tiče..kad imaš trening poslije, što jedeš sa zobenima ili tjesteninom?
Piletinu jedeš samu nakon treninga?
Kako izgleda dan odmora?
Kakav je trening uopće?

Sa zobenim jedem lanene sjemenke i bananu...sa tjesteninom tunu obicno...
Dan odmora: jedem voce ujutru obicno mandarine i banana sa zobenim i 2 jaja. Ostale obroke jedem protein i povrce riba ili meso...znaci da ne prelazi 100 g UH.
Treninzi su cross fit hiit veoma jak intenzitet oko 40 min Jednom tjedno radim cardio na traci a poslije crossa obicno idem plivat oko 1 km
