cini mi se opet malo proteina. Cuj jecemena kaša je ok al se nemože baš do kašaste smjese skuhati (bar ja nisam uspjela) kao recimo heljda. Jesi probala heljdu skuhati na slatko? lijepo je skuhaš s nekim zasladivacem (ja koristim steviju) i onda dodas naribanu jabuku unutra i pojedes sira da popunis proteine i sve to za dorucak

još me muci taj whey... citala sam vec puno o njemu i vidim da ga svi koristite, al nekak ne se nebrem odluciti na to da ga kupim još. vidjet cu kak mi bude išlo do kraja mjeseca. onda krecem na faks i u teretanu umjesto tjelesnog(ugodno s korisnim) pa cu ga onda kupiti.

nije ti toliko nužno potreban, on je više ovako koristan jer možeš s njime pravit brze obroke pune proteina. Dok god imaš sira, mesa i jaja da popuniš dnevne potrebe za proteinima i imaš dovoljno vremena da radiš obroke s navedenim namirnicama nemoraš se žuriti kupiti ga

Odlicno - samo mislim da avangarde nije mislila na neki masniji sir ;)

music, pazi sa tim mastima jer ih dosta natuceš u obroku, a ni ne primjetiš. Još u kombinaciji sa UH-ima - nabiješ tonu energije koju onda nigje ne potrošiš ;)

Za whey se slažem sa avangardicom :)

pa kozji je tolko mastan? meni zna biti baš suhi ponekad. hmmm
slažem se s ovim da ni ne primjetim masti u obroku. a da, tak sam naucena, al i to budemo promijenili.

yep, oko 20g masti u 100g....i preko 300 kcal...

Jesam...mljeveno meso je isto upitno :) Ne znam koliko proteina uspiješ izvuci iz toga, a masti se opet nabere dosta...

jedva sam se natjerala da to pojedem i maznula rajcicu da popravim okus u ustima.

da, mislila sam na posni pa sam sad skuzila da jede samo koziji ništa onda ovaj recept s heljdom i jabukom isprobaj kad budeš kupila whey ili si skuhaj dodatno jaja pa pojedi bjelanjke da popuniš proteine
