zanima me koje sve vjezbe bi mogao raditi s njima? Takoder neke vjezbe za zagrijavanje? |

ja treniram doma sa podesivim bucicama i sve vježbe što mi trebaju sam našao tu https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/video.aspx imaš ih fala bogu dosta :) |

Bucka, u ovoj video kategoriji ima dovoljno videa s bucicama za cijelo tijelo. Ako ti nesto od toga dosadi, uvijek postoji ova opcija: Youtube - Dumbbell exercises
