Mi bolje prodajemo Super Mega Mass, no veoma je bitno da ti je i prehrana dobro posložena jer cijela sinergija raznih faktora stvaraju željenu masu.

sredio si prehranu i dalje ne napreduješ? 90% ljudi sa kojima sam imao priliku pricati ili su me pitali za savjet, trening je bio problem br.1. Premali intenzitet ili puno premali volumen. |

Nijedan ne uzimaj.. Potrosi pare na kvalitetnu ishranu, vjeruj mi i vise nego dovoljnbo ces potrositi para samo na ishranu... Pozdrav!

meni nije trebao nikad,kao sto ti kazu,mozes sve to i prehranom,ali prijatelj pije i dobio je puno kilaze

Ima kruha od svega uz pravilan trening ako je kcal suficit u pitanju Mada bih ja uvijek to pravilno posloženom prehranom rješavala, cinjenica je da je mnogima (pogotovo mršavcima) teško pojesti toliko koliko im treba, a da se ne prevrnu, pa ovakve stvari posluže. edit: ja bih prvo pokušala sa obicnim homemade shakeovima i/ili sa malo više masti po obrocima

Istina ali nekad to ne ispadne ni približno kalorijski dovoljno. Lako za nekog ko voli i može jest (takvom gainer ni ne treba), ali vec vidim nekog presitog mršavca kako jedva nagurava tu 1 ili 2 banane u 250 g low fat posnog sira (jer masti debljaju, jel )....pa daveci se nabije time 300-400 kcal uvrh glave, a treba mu preko 1000
