poceja san aktivno vjezbat prije nekih 5 miseci (5-6 puta tjrdno)prva tri miseca nisan nista uzima , do prije skoro 2 miseca poceja san koristit proteine koji u sebi imaju 4 komponente casein ,milk protein isolate,whey i egg albumin po porciji 30gr ima protein 35,3gr ugljikohidrati š5,2 i masti 5,3 gr i hrpetinu vitamina i minerala.medutim nisan jos nista dobija na masi , mozda ne uziman dovoljno dugo neznan. ako mi neko moze savjetovat sta bi jos triba uzimat uz to, steroidi pa tako ni kreatin ne dolaze u obzir i tribalo bi mi nesto da se manje umaran jer u tih sat i po sta vjezban bas se sataren

e i zaboravija san pitat dali da proteine uziman svaki dan ili samo dane kad vjezban

Dobar je taj neki protein, da nema možda steroida u njemu pa zbog toga ima turbo jaku moc posjedovanja više proteina nego što sadrži citava mjerica?

da to je sastav kad se pomisa sa mlikon,a na suvo u š00gr ima 85,3 proteina
