Vježbe za biceps

Halo FITovci..

Koje vježbe za biceps radite?
Poceo sam nedavno raditi po principu - 4 razlicite vježbe po 3 serije
Želim ga razvaliti da je nepomican 2 dana..

Inace.. kod zgibova i sl. vježbi najbolje vidim naprezanje na bicepsu i to mi odlicno dođe.

Od vježbi radim:

stojeci pregib bucicama naizmjence

stojeci pregib kablom
stojeci pregib šipkom
pregib EZ šipkom na scott klupi

što vi radite i koje su vaše preporuke?
Ako se netko ne može sjetiti naziva vježbi - evo linka

Inace ne radim biceps ali mislio sam ubaciti stojeci pregib šipkom veceras u trening

  Ja radim stojeci pregib ravnom sipkom, EZ sipkom, pregib bucicama naizmjence, i ponekad koncentrirani pregib bucicom...

pa sta ti onda radis ne radis prsa bas,biceps,trbusne
ja trenutno sjedeci pregib i stojeci pregib naizmjenicno bucicama
inace biceps sam radija s ledjima tako da bi onda radija samo te 2 vjezbe po 3 serije

probaj ovu vezbu da uradis 2š ponavljanje mnogo pomaze! 7 do pola pa dole onda 7 od pola do kraja pa onda na kraju od dole do kraja . probaj i sa z sipkom i ravnom .

ja nemam veliki biceps ali mi je proporcionalan sa ostatkom tjela, kako u velicini tako i u snazi

Pa da budem iskren bicepsi mi se najmanje razvijaju ili mi se barem tako cini, kao da kod njih vidim najmanji pomak za razliku od ostalih misicni skupina!!

Nije da sad to igleda lose dapace razvijaju se u skladu sa ostalim misicima kao sto je Iluvatar naveo, ali bih ja volio da budu malcice veci.

svi bi.meni je 35 opusteno to san i napisa tamo u temi,a nije da ih i ja radin nego taj š put tjedno.
thorn ti koliko san skuzija samo liftove radis ili jos nesto?

šta ce meni više od toga

Ne znam još vježbu koja bi mi pomogla da ojacam biceps za npr. zgibove il mrtvo a da nije zgib ili mrtvo

kuzin na sta mislis bazira si se na powerlifting,a te vjezbe ionako pokrecu puno misica.
