Evo ovako, mene zanima može li se on ugrijati skupa s mlikom ujutro?? Nisam ništa našla o tome, pa pretpostavljam da nije problem, ili?!

Može pojašnjenje tog postupka, na koji nacin tocno, koji obrok? Inace ako griješ mlijeko, samo dodaš whey kasnije. Ako misliš na nekakve promjene u strukturi whey, ne brini - nece se ništa promijeniti. |

Ne stignem ja picajzlirati oko dorucka, jedva gledam kad se probudim a i uvijek moram nešt obavit izjutra tak da gledam da je što brži i jednostavniji dorucak, a uz to i nemam vremena za žvakanje a i ne da mi se ![]() |

pa tvoj izbor ali opet nije bezveze jezik osjetljiv i zubi nam nisu samo za ukras. Jer aktiviranjem,odnosno zvakanjem ne gubis samo vrijeme koje ti ubijes s blenderom.Vec desava se niz reakcija koje su povezane.tako da dok zvaces u mozgu ti se radi mnogo operacija vezano za sav proces i zato savjetuju da hranu zvacemo duze a ne samo malo i progutamo.Posto zvakanjem aktiviramo i mozak i on potice cjeli sustam potreban za probavu hrane,lucenje i tako dalje |
