Evo i mene.. Imam 24 god...uvik sam obožavala sve moguce sportove..na žalost nisam se nikad baš profesionalno bavila nekim sportom iako sam jako dobro igrala rukomet..ka curica (negdi do š6-te god) sam uvik imala jako izražajne mišice i žlavo tilo ( nemam pojma ni ja kako, valjda kad si divlje dite i uvik negdi manitaš to tako ide

Pozdrav i dobrodošla!
Naravno da se mogu uzimati proteini, i preporuka je da ih unosiš poslije treninga i prije spavanja.. Uz bilo koje vježbanje možeš unositi proteine (kroz prehranu i suplemente), to nikada nije upitno.. |

Pitala je da li smije konzumirati proteine..
Zna se kako se ojacaju noge - vježbe poput cucanj, iskorak i npr. cycling na koji ona ide.. + adekvatna prehrana. Edited by Zoki |
