Svim fitovcima veliki pozdrav!! :). Evo moram vam rec da ste stvarno odlicni i motivirajuci! Tek sam sada shvatila koliko malo znam o pravilnoj prehrani i fitnessu . Imam 2š godinu i studentica sam i stvarno bi htjela promjeniti svoje loše navike te se pocet zdravo hranit i zdravo živjet. Mislila sam otvorit temu na transformiraj se, pa cu tamo reci nesto o svojoj prehrani i vježbanju. Nadam se ugodnom druženju i korisnim savjetima!! :) |
