jeli ok ovaj moj nedeljni plan ponedeljak treniram biceps,utorak triceps,sreda grudi,cetvrtak ledja,i petak ramena aa stomak svaki drugi dan treniram pa jeli ok ovaj plan ili moram da menjam

gagula, nije ti to dobro zato jer se misic ohladi za 96 sati -->a ti biceps vjezbas svakih tjedan dana (mislim da to nije bas dobro(moje misljenje)) :)
