imam oko 30 minuta vremena dnevno pa me zanima koje su vje~be najbolje? trenutno radim bench-press š5 ponavljanja po 3 serije, zatim cucnjeve i death lift sve po š5 ponavljanje i 3 serije te trbusnjake. opterecenje mijenjam kad mi pocne biti prelagano Zanima me i koje dodatke prehrane ukljuciti?
