Ma moze se sve bez teretane.. samo da se ima di zgibove radit.. sklekove mozes uvijek.. trcanje, skokovi itd..

Da, samo... nije ni sve u tome da po cjele dane radiš zgibove.. i kad se radi vani treba trenirat pametno kao i jesti pametno

Preporucio bi svima koji nemaju mogucnosti ili "vremena" za odlazak u teretanu da probaju nabaviti Never Gymless od Ross Enamit... ili bilo koju od njegovih knjiga mislim da ih ima 3 ako se ne varam?
tip je pravi brutalac http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57pv_šj4dH0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVkYjp4mqnc&feature=relat ed osobno vec više od godinu dana radim njegove treninge i pomogli su mi jako puno... pogotovo u segmentu ancrobne izdržljivosti koja je jako bitna za borilacke sportove. Pogledajte pa možda se nekome svidi. |

Samo da potvrdim ross je super u puno stvari iako, se sa par vježbica u nekim njegovim starijim knjigama ne slažem, ali covjek uci dok je živ jbg pa mu nebi puno zamjerio
