Pozdrav radim na misicnoj masi po programu german volume trening ili 10x10.ovako to otprilike izgleda
Ponedjeljak prsa triceps
Bench 10x10
Propadanja 3x10
Kosi potisak 3x10
Uski bench 3x12
French press 3x10
Srijeda leda biceps
Chin ups 10x10
Pull ups 3x10
Hamer pregib 3x10
Biceps curl 3x10
Petak ramena noge
Cucanj 10x10 pa bugarski 3x10
Vojnicki 10x10 pa uspravno veslanje 3x10
Zanimaju me vada misljenjs o ovakvom nacinu treninga znam da on nije za funkcionalno tijelo ali msm da je dobar za hipertrofiju
