Veliki pozdrav ljudi :) ovako imam jedan problem...ovako molio bih vas pomoc oko prsa imam lijepo razvijen donji dio prsa, ali nikako dobiti na gornjem i unutarnjem djelu pa sve skupa to izgleda ruzno :)).....nema simetrije....pa bih vas molio da mi kažete neke vježbe i neke savjete hvala vam puno u naprijed :D

A uske sklekove i drzi noge na povisenom.. al kao sto Ily kaze.. bez slike je tesko reci..

Tebi treba hrana i compound vježbe
Kakvi su ti uvjeti za treniranje?
p.s stvarno nemaš problema sa odnosima nego ti treba mesa posvuda, inace je dobro posloženo

dada hranim se pravilno i pjem mass od scitec nutritiona!a vuijeti nis extra sad da je prvo klasna teretana ima normlano bench,pec dec,lat machine a za prsa nema cross.....e ajde mi molimte objasni kakve su to compound vježbe? :)

mislim cuo sam da su to viježbe one koje aktiviraju više skupina mišica! samo koje vjezbe su za to? :))

Pa evo dao sam ti link.. to su ti osnovn vjezbe... Cucanj, mrtvo dizanje, zgibovi, bench, dipsevi i vojnicki potisak.. A jos i biceps pregib ravnom sipkom, triceps potisak ravnom sipkom, iskorak..

e samo još jedno ljudi da sad mjenjam program i da radim cjeli tjedan te vjezbe ili da ih ubacim ponekad????

PA napravi program u kojem imas ove vjezbe kao glavne.. i jos dodaj koju izolacijsku ako hoces.. ali i sa ovime obuhvacas cijelo tijelo..

da ja iman tako oblikovana prsa nebi se brinija,meni je donji dio problem samo ti vjezbaj i hrani se i s vremenom nabaci par kila bit ce sve ok
