a uzo sam neki glutabolic, kominacija 4 vrste glutamina, kazu da je neusporedivo bolji od obicnog L-glutamina, a u pwm mogu slobdno whey+dex+glutamin+kreatin?? |

jel mi mos objasnit zasto je glutamin steta novaca? nije li to esencijalna aminokiselina, jel umjesto toga bolje BCAA? pitam jer planiram si uzet glutamin i creatin al sad si mi sumnje stavio:P ------------- You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.
