imam 53 godine, bavim se rekreativno vožnjom bicikla, cestovnim trcanjem i trcanjem u prirodi, želim održavati svoje zdravlje i zadržati dobru razinu tjelesne spremonosti; nadam se da cu na ovom mjestu moci dobiti korisne informacije u vezi vježbanja. pozdrav |
