Imam vrlo pozdan izvor, a mogao bi se naci i link na neku studiju samo mi se ne da tražiti :P a izvor je lyle mcdonald
što se tice wheya... whey koncentrat se oko 3-4 sata resorbira tako da se može i preko 30 grama
a ti sonner, javljaj na pm za kazein

Cudno malo.. Uvijek se govorilo da se whey
pije odmah iza treninga jer se odmah
apsorbira, a kazein npr. navecer jer se dugo
otpusta.. A mozda im je vrijeme do
zapocinjanja apsorbiranja jednako, ali vrijeme
otpustanja razlicito..

eto ga, to je to Illy?
..dakle i jedan i drugi ulaze u krvotok u relativno isto vrijeme, samo je razlika u dizanju razine aminokiselina gdje je whey u prednosti..
whey povecava sintezu proteina ali ne zaustavlja razgradnju, dok kazein radi obrnuto... zato kombinirajte jedno i drugo nakon treninga pa dobite oboje, ili whey uzmite prije treninga (ili tokom, dwm) pa kasnije npr. samo kazein...
tako ja to shvatih

Pa po meni bi najbolje bilo whey iste minute kad zavrsi trening, a za
jedno 20-30min kazein.. Iako mislim da kazein ne treba, vec za nekih
45 min kruti obrok..

Otvorio sam novu temu za ovu diskusiju!
Evo, pokrenuta je rasprava u temi o zobenim pahuljicama, da li se brže razgrađuje whey protein ili kasein.
Molim da se sva daljnja rasprava obavlja ovdje!

a zašto bi ih odvajao?
..u slucaju da ti obrok nije u 45 min....nego nekih 2h nakon treninga...
ili ovo govoriš samo u slucaju tako brzog obroka nakon pwm-a?

Komplicirate. Tokom treninga pijuckajte whey sa dextrozom i kad dođete doma, otuširate se i jedete kruti obrok

Ja nikada nisam pio PWM kao DWM.. mozda sad pocnem jer cu radit
trening snage.. Soner, koliko onda dexa i proteina stavis u shake ako
je i za DWM I PWM?

Naravno da kompliciramo, da ne kompliciramo ovaj forum bi imao 80% manje tema

Tako svi forumi funkcioniraju - svi kompliciraju!  A i uvijek se iz komplikacije dozna nešto novo.. tako da ponekad to dobro dođe.

Opcenito ljudi moraju puno komplicirati.. Vecini je dnevni jelovnik
jaaakoo zbrkan i nezdrav, a onda razmisljaju dal ce stavit 30 ili 40g
dekstroze u PWM..
