zanima me sta mislite o ovom programu, jer ga mnogo ljudi hvali. Obuhvata cucanj, bench, veslanje, mrtvo dizanje, overhead press?

Jel moze to malo preciznije?
U pravilu, 5x5 funkcionira odlicno za veliku vecinu pocetnika, samo ne znam tocno koji program ti imas na umu?
