Dobar dan, kako ste.
Ja sam prije 3 mjeseca poceo intenzivnije trenirati i zanima me koj je najbolji nacin da nabijem kondiciju jer trenutno ne mogu trcati vise od 8 minuta.

Hehe.. a nis.. trci svaki dan i iz dana u dan ces moc vise.. nema tu previse filozofije..
