Evo, naišao sam na listu gdje je sve jasno objašnjeno kada i koji protein bi trebali konzumirati, pa bih to volio ovdje prenijeti:

Eventualno ujutro s zobenima i nakon treninga s glukozom ja uzimam whey, a kad se ima koja kuna viška dobar je casein da kasno navecer zamijeni malo posni.

A ono, bilo bi bolje uzet neki drugi izvor proteina jer posni se probavlja nekih 5 h, mada nije neki bad ako pojedeš i posni
