da..al nakon tih 8 sam bila krepana..ovo su mi sada serije onako....za zagrijavanje Nisam zadovoljna sa rukama opcenito....

evo 33 u komadu..možda bi i mogla još...al desno rame mi pocne rikavat pa odustanem....

I ok...samo ti budi grozan...mene to motivira....pred malo mi je napraviti muški sklek bio tek zadatak sljedeci mi je izazov zgibovi ...al na tom cu morat dugo raditi

zato se i zezan,ali napisa san i tocan podatak,mozda da se jednon proban natirat na vise da vidin ko zna,ali netriba mi bas neko preseravanje jer ih i ne radin nego 3 serije po 20 prije bencha da se zagrijen malo

Jucer bas gledao P90X jer se spremam trenirati malo po tom principu i nije mi jasno kako ekipa nakon 5-e serije sklekova jos uvijek moze napraviti 20 i vise komada...meni se nakon 3-e serije triceps toliko napuhne da mi on onemogucava daljnje serije.

Ne radim obicno sklekove ali ukomponirat cu ih ubrzo cim mi rame još malo ozdravi.. kad ih ne radim mogu oko 40 - 50 komada.. ali nije mi cilj to povecavati

Poceo sam sa deset,a sad radim š0 serija od 20 kom.za šh,između iste serije sa trbušnjacima,i preskakanjem vijace,znoja do koljena :))
