Bavim se amaterski ragbijem i htio bi ovo ljeto poraviti svoju eksplozivnost i eksplozivnu snagu.
Neznam puno o treniranju i za sad svaki dan trcim 8 km laganim tempom.Koje vježbe mi preporucate da radim cuo sam da su dobri šprintevi na manjim dionicama(š0-50m). Hvala na pomoci.Imam 20 godina. |

Sprintevi ce pomoci, drugi savjet je da radiš na snazi, opcenito ali i s naglaskom na donji dio, znaci cucnjevi, iskoraci i slicno... vertikalni skokovi su isto dobri za esplozivnost
