P ne uzima se whey zbog nadoknađivanja energije nego dekstroza, i ona je ta koja popunjava zalihe glikogena!¨Iako naravno da whey ima određenu kalorijsku vrijednost ona nije tolika da je važna u bilo cemu

Nije li mu malo previše 60 g? Mislim, koliko vidim on želi skinut malo mase i nije baš najdiscipliraniji u kuhinji

s obzirom da na kolicinu mišica koju ima i intenzitet treninga (s obzirom da nije pocetnik i da može 20 zgibova ) plus cinjenicu da je prakticki nemooguce udebljati se od Uh nakon treninga.. nije previše nego bi rekao taman

ono što on treba je paziti na ostale obroke

he he... bas to.. a nemogu pazit.. bio sam neko vrijeme, i sada opet sto dodje pod ruku, smazem..

danas sam radio dipseve sa 20kg utega objesenim zadnja serija, š0 ponavljanja.. moram doci na 2 koluta od 20 kg.. mislim da ce za to trebat kreatin..

ovo sto iluvator kaze, istina.. sto je na mojih 93kg 60g dekstroze.. ja bi htio na 9škg i odrzavat to.. a s vremenom nek definicija dolazi.. sada cu radit snagu uglavnom..

sutra sam rekao da cu pocet sa sredjenom prehranom.. pa cemo vidjet.. :D

Ja koristim whey protein poslije treninga sa grožđanim.
Redovito pijem klamatske alge kojima sam jako zadovoljna.
Pijem askorbinsku kiselinu u prahu, a po potrebi B vitamin i magnezij. Mislim da bi to bilo to.

  Evo da ne nastavljam pisat u onoj temi o viperu, tu cu napisati.

Dakle, vec je prošao koji tjedan otkako trošim glutamin i za sada sve više osjetim i primjecujem da se ne radi o placebu (jer zaista nemam tolko vremena niti uopce razmišljam o glutaminu tokom dana i vježbanja) vec da ta stvarcica zaista ima nekog ucinka

a od koje marke imas glutamin??ja ga imam doma jos jedno 200-300g.. znaci mogao bih ka ubacit u upotrebu.. jel dosta š0g dnevno??

po meni ti je bolje uzet whey,dekstrozu i kreatin.. to ti je sasvim dovoljno.
