Koristim, uglavnom sve od MyProtein-a: 

Kreatin monohidrat
Whey protein
BCAA
Taurin
Leurin
Acetil L karnitin (rijetko jer je oduran :D - ali radi )
Citrulin Malat 

To je to ako se ne varam.
Tablete su dodatno.

Metabolon će ti poboljšati iskoristivost proteina koje uneseš, pa ne bi trebao utjecati na porast mišićne mase ako ne budeš u nekom velikom kalorijskom suficitu.

Whey, dekstrozu i kreatin monohidrat. Kada dođe razdoblje manjeg unosa ugljikohidrata onda izbacim dekstrozu samanjim ili cak izbacim whey i ubacim bcaa :D

kreatin, cla, omegu 3 pod normalno i trenutno isprobavam protein izolat smeđe riže od myproteina u kombinaciji s bcaa+ :)
