hi everyone
 danas sam kupio lipodex ( fat burner) pa me zanima ima li tko od vas iskustva sa koristenjem tog proizvoda ? u ducanu mi je receno da popijem jednu kapsulu 30min prije treninga, a u uputama pise 2 kapsule pa sam zbunjen ? trebao bih skinuti nesto masti pa namjeravam do ljeta 4-5x tjedno odraditi lagani jutarnji jogging ( 45min ). naravno da se ne bi osusio poslije treninga ide whey + glukoza :) |
