U vezi izazovu cucnjeva

Na forumu sam procitala da je netko spomenuo izazov cucnjeva isto mi jedna kolegica sa posla je napravila izazove cucnjeva. Pocela sam ja malo gledat kolicina cucnjeva koja se mora napraviti. Neke imaju odmah prvi dan 50 drugi dan 70. Moje je pitanje jel se ti cucnjevi moraju napravit u serijama sa odmorima ili sve bez prestajanja.

ja radim pretklon,dizanje iz cucnja,cucanj s sandbagom na ledjima,odnosno iza glave,cucanj vrecom u narucju,veslanje u pretklonu,i još svašta,sve sa 20 kg.

ja 15 obicnih napravim i 15 skok cucnjeva i umrem hahaha moram prebaciti na iskorake....i onda skacem na benc stolicu pa cucanj tamo tak 10-tak puta i izdržaj u sjedecem položaju pokušavam 30 sekundi izdržati ali neide više od 10 haha i ona cucnjeva koliko mogu to mi je jedna serija sa težinama ne mogu raditi jednostavno nemam sigurnost neku bojim se jao i kod mrtvog dizanja...a cudo bitno da vojnicki odradim bez problema ....:/

Najviše što sam radila cucnjeve je bilo sa 35kg i mogu napraviti par komada... a sa 10kg sam radila bezbroj LOL
A iskoraci... mogu i njih, ali me brzo zaboli noga.. tj. one žile na gornjem dijelu lijevog stopala.. i nema šanse da se oslonim na tu nogu..

Woow, ovo mi je nešto novo, prihvacam izazov!!

Znaci, broj cucnjeva koji je zadan odracuje se odjednom bez pauze i bez opterecenja?

Cucanj..... kakav? Duboki,.... polucucanj (koljena i natkoljenice da budu pod 90 stupnjeva)....ili po želji ??

pa mogu ti reci...da sam zadovoljna! sto se tice donjeg dijela ledja i kvadricepsa...kvadricepsi su mi oblikovaniji, a donji dio ledja zategnutiji    a sto se tice straznjice, mislim da bi rezultat bio bolji da se radi s laksim bucicama, al opet kad radis 230 cucnjeva bez pauze...nije lako!
