s opterecenjem ili?
dal bi zeljela napisati svoj program trbusnjaka? da li ih radis nakon treninga ili zasebno? |

evo nešto sam pisala o trbušnjacima u ovoj temi: https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=4002& ;PN=š&TPN=3 ukratko - radim ih s opterecenjem jer sam jedino tako uocila rezultate.. trbuh je moja najslabija tocka, inace.. kako misliš zasebno? radim ih na kraju treninga 3x tjedno.. trenutno radim samo 4 serije pod opterecenjem š0-20 ponavljanja.. ali s tim da povežem dvije vježbe za trbušnjake u jednu.. tako mi nekako najbolje paše trenutno... |
