ravni bench ! a ostalo sto radi je ok i svidja mi se sto su ubaceni sklekovi na kraju zato sto mnogi to izbegavaju a ne znaju koliko pomaze u napredku

sve u svemu, dobre vježbe i dobro prikazane.. moj su izbor ako radim prsa ( što je užasno rijetko ali morat cu poceti :D) |
