I kako ti to onda može natjerati sve skupa toliko kcal 5g kokosovog ima 40-ak kcal, a vrh noža ima u pol manje i još ostane u tavi

...čisti isjeđeni sok je bija samo zalet za trening jer sam ima nešto UH od večere...poslije toga recovery(30gwhey,3dcl mlijeka, 40g dextroze)...sljedeća dva obroka unos bi bija 10-15g UH a ostalo P i M ....navečer zobene,integralno...tu bi unija oko 40g UH...recimo nizak UH obrok..100g slanutka 50g tune i tri jaja sa maslinovim uljem i brdo papra...masu sam trošija čistu juhu sa čilijem...da to je bija deficit...ništa masa...

Ma vraćam se polako al drugačiji mi je život i raspored neg prije,i ovo nije doručak nego samo mali snack da ne prejedem sljedeći obrok,puno sam u pokretu pa ni ne jedem baš po planu,recimo sinoć sam došao iz garaže u pola 12 navećer,dok sam se otuširao i složio složio puding od posnog i banane već je bilo skoro pola 1...zajebano je malo...uglavnom za sad kile idu jako brzo dolje jer čini se da ima jako puno vode u meni,recimo jučer sam se vagao i imao 100,4kg a danas već na 97,7 kg...hehe

...hahaha...znaš da sam i ja to zaključija...ne moš virovat koja je to brzina...i tri kave bi drmnija..i još brdo cimeta sam trošija...upija san ka spužva sa neta...ali ti začini...radilo je...

...za izbacit vodu... priko dana tribaš uzet minimalan unos UH... piti vode u galonima i onda navečer udri po kikirikiju(kalij)..vidit ćeš oćeš li spavat cilu noć ...trčanja na wc.... i kakva će ti biti koža ujutro...utegnit ćeš se cili ...ovo sam slučajno otkrija ali radi...

Imam zapisan jedan od proslog tjedna...
Prvi obrok 700g mijesane salate sa 75g dressinga od jogurta i 200g piletine na kokosovom ulju,to je 700kcal Pa poslije 3 jabuke velike i 2 banane srednje i shake 30g whey i pola litre mlijeka obicnog 2,8 mm,to je 900kcal Sljdeci obrok je bio 400g cvijetace i 250g tijestenina od kukuruza i kinoe u umaku od milerama sto je oko 1200kcal Navecer sam slozio puding od 500g posnog i walden farms umaka od karamele i 4 banane sto je 800 kcal... A ovo za pijenje zobenih u hodu...radije nebi,previse kalorija u premali hrane kolicinski...to me rastuzuje...hehe...zato ne jedem orasaste...
