Evo napokon san se registrira hehe :)) Poceo san se ima par mjeseci bavit fitnesom i zasad mi sup ide, tijelo je poclo poprimat oblik i misice kakve san oduvjek zelio s tim da san prominio i prehranu i sve :) eh sad, mislio san se dali da pocmem uzimat proteine ili ne? Ako ima ko dobar savjet nek mi javi! Odlicna stranica,bravo!!

Hvala avangarde :) taman napunio 18 ! :) Pa i teretanu, al iskljucivo radim ove core treninge i svaki dan trcanje,biciklizam i to al navecer teretana sat/dva! XQ- mislin se bazirat iskljucivo na definiciju s tim da bi zelio postic malo veci biceps i jos malo jace trbusne....onda jel mi moze u tome pomoc ovaj Gold Whey Protein za pocetak?
