eh, kad još muku mucim primjeniti neke stvari u praksi... znam za proteine mi svi to kažu, al kad ne volim meso, i nisam ga navikla baš jesti... ribu volim... Smile

Aria, pocni od toga da si izmeriš BMR :)

kad dobiješ brojku, želiš li na defku oduzmi od toga 300-500kcal; ako želiš malo miške, povecaj za isti broj. Ako se želiš malo "ucvrstiti" jedi taj broj kojeg dobiješ, I guess.. (mada ja bih opet dodala 300-500 kcal :p :p)

hehe eto imam jednog jaako dobrog trenera koji ce mi složiti prehranu ( a koji zna što radi)
hvala na savjetima, nadam se da uskoro dolazim s boljom (izbalansiranijom) prehranom.. tako da mi ne ginu odlicni rezultati., evo vec dva tjedna tjeram treninge laganini i vec pomalo ide.. ne tako brzo kako ja ocekujem.. ali kad krenem žešce bit ce i bolje... a onda nove slikice...

@Rahxephon izracunala sam bmr i ispada mi po tome 1800kcal, al nekak mislim da je to previše...

Možda je vrijeme za nove fotkice...  nije da je nešto aktivan ovaj podforum ali dobro...
Uglavnom, napredujem ok.. bilo je malo gore dole, a i pitanje što cu i gdje u teretanu, no, sada je sve sredjeno i veliko olakšanje... za pocetak još malo motivacije.. a i sad kako prolazi ljeto i ja cu biti malo više aktivnija ovdje, dok ne dodjem do željenog cilja...

Hvala, al moram dirat, tricepse, unutarnju stranu bedara, i trbušnjake, i bedra smanjit.. sad radim više kardio, a onda se bacam na definiciju malo više... a i htjela bi noge i ledja lijepo oblikovat... no to tek kad skinem još malo kila... Smile
