Pozdrav,
Imam 20 godina, 63 kg i š76 cm ;) bavim se trcanjem na duge pruge i zanima me multisport/adventuresport. Ne idem u teretanu, vec imam uglavnom sve potrebno doma. Cilj mi je zaokruit kilažu na 70 kg, naravno cim više mišica. Kulturu treninga imam od 6 godine, a od prošle godine sam ju nakon krace pauze nastavil održavat. Rekorde navedem kad ih bude XD Trenutni program je: š. cucanj 2. Clean and press 3. Dizanje na vratilu (zgibovi) 4. Bench 5. Sklekovi 6. Dipseve ne tim redosljedom i bude tu još raznih izdržaja, svaki put nekaj drugo |
