Radi se sa upper/lower principom...razvaljuje
6 je sati, a ja vec (di je krevet?)
Krenuo i novi režim prehrane i cini mi se da cu ga se jako
lako držati (jer nakon ovako napornog treninga, ne pada mi
na pamet upropaštavati ga lošom hranom )

  Upper/lower rutina je izgleda hit sezone

Za sebe i Zmaja znam sigurno da oboje radimo po njemu, mislim da su i Illyjevi decki na toj varijanti.

Conly, moja si favoritkinja od cura, mislim da imaš najviše potencijala da za 3 mjeseca izgledaš odlicno.

Samo naprijed!

Evo, završio je prvi tjedan...
Na njega sam gledala kao na "uvodni dio" cisto upoznavanje
sa programom i put ka korigiranju prehrane...
Upale mišica, umor, prilagodba i mijenjanje navika - cak mi
nisu ni predstavljali problem, štoviše: prihvatih ih s
oduševljenjem
Lagano sam vec ufurana i jedva cekam pocetak iduceg tjedna
- s novim izazovima

Da se pohvalim...lower dio upper/lower principa radi cuda
od mene
I ranije su mi noge bile podložnije intenzivnijem
oblikovanju, ali s ovim programom cini se da tocno pogađa!
(Uoceno nakon što je jucer dragi konstatirao: ajme, koje
noge - inace ne bi ni obratila pažnju )

Držim ti se ovog principa + puno trcanja i hodanja na traci
(a i inace nisam tip koji se okolo navaža autom pa puno
hodam...valjda sve to ima nekog ucinka )

sad sam vidjela vježbe, al to je samo za donji dio , kolko tjedno radiš donji dio??? i jel uvijek radiš sve navedene vježbe ili izbaciš koju ??
