E sad ovak,inace redovito treniram pet dana u tjednu po minimalno sat i pol,ali isto tako radim svaki dan po 12 sati pa je to onda malo i naporno,pa me zanima koliko i tocno kakve obroke bi ja trebal imati da to sve namirim,posto koristim i proteine ali napredak je vrlo spor,i primetil sam ako u trening ubacim trcanje da smanjim kilazu automatski gubim na misicnoj masi,sranje,a htel bi i kondicije imat,visok sam 190 cm i imam 96 kg,kad padnem na 92 kg ko da nisam nikad ni bil u teretani,vreda me to vec sad polako,hvala |
