Bolje budi objektivniji,i onda kad budeš gledao razliku,tek onda ceš biti puno zadvovoljniji.Nerealne ciljeve nevalja postavljati,narocito ne kroz kratak vremenski period od pola godine,jer ako ih ne ispuniš,polako padaš u depresiju.
Ali,samo polako :D |

po tvome on ima š00 godina, hahah treba ti superiorna genetika i kemija, a onda i nekeliko godina pametnog treninga i paženja na prehranu :) A gospodja ivana adjukovic mrvicu loše prevodi terminologiju |

i naravno znanje od prehrani i kvalitetnom treningu !

šta je reka Illuvatar,i malo kemije.Naravno,ne sada uzmeš steroide,bocneš se i to je to.Ovi momci ipak znaju nešto o tome,a meni iskreno,nije namjera nit imati ovakvo tijelo,a onda niti koristit višu kemiju.Zasada samo od kemije proteincice i omega 3 masne kiseline. |

Niti jedno niti drugo nije ni približno slicno kemiji, oboje su prirodne supstance dobivene fizikalnim procesima. Ono što želim naglasiti je da se sirutka nije ništa više kemijska od sira. Znaci ne dobiva se u meth labu |

ja ove "plankove" radim na lopti,prije sam radila na pilates lopti, a sad imam wall ball i stvarno je teže..
