Bolje budi objektivniji,i onda kad budeš gledao razliku,tek onda ceš biti puno zadvovoljniji.Nerealne ciljeve nevalja postavljati,narocito ne kroz kratak vremenski period od pola godine,jer ako ih ne ispuniš,polako padaš u depresiju.

Ali,samo polako :D

vidim malo da sam pogriješio mislio sam barem 3-4 god.
i naravno znanje od prehrani i kvalitetnom treningu !

šta je reka Illuvatar,i malo kemije.Naravno,ne sada uzmeš steroide,bocneš se i to je to.Ovi momci ipak znaju nešto o tome,a meni iskreno,nije namjera nit imati ovakvo tijelo,a onda niti koristit višu kemiju.Zasada samo od kemije proteincice i omega 3 masne kiseline.

ja ove "plankove" radim na lopti,prije sam radila na pilates lopti, a sad imam wall ball i stvarno je teže..Ouch
