Sve super, samo što nisam siguran da je baš dobro rolati kralješke, odnosno processus spinosus s rolerom. Bolja varijanta mi se cini s lopticom rješavat TP leda. |

I piriformis je lakse s teniskom lopticom.. s tim da bih za njega prosirila efekt i prema nedefiniranoj boli u skroz donjem dijelu ledja i prema bocnoj strani u kuku.
Inace foam roller je savrsena stvar, posebno za straznju lozu i listove!
