zbog posla mi je malo nezgodno uzimat kvalitetan prewm, inace uzmem integralni krug(cjelovite zitarice) i 100 grama dimceka (nutritivna vrijednost u 100 grama p16 uh5,6 m1)

e bok ljudi,a treba poštivati vrste namirnica neophodne i rezultati nece izostati.plus,minus neka namirnica ne bi trebala naškoditi ali prehrane se treba pridržavati.

a što jesti npr prije jutarnjeg treninga? budim se u 7 i u 7.45 bi vec htjela vježbati... ne mogu jesti nešto puno jer mi bude mucno, a nemam vremena cekati 2 h... znaci treba mi nešto što za pola sata mogu razvaliti neki trening... HIIT npr
