Novi clanak na temu preskakanja vijace, odlican kardio trening!

Mislite li da je vijaca za preskakanje djecja igracka, varate se, jer preskakivanje vijace spada u aktivnosti srednjeg do visokog intenziteta uz mnoge prednosti..

Preskacete li vijacu i koliko cesto? Ovo je odlican kardio trening, no nikako da se "nagovorim" na njega.. Mislim da je idealno ovo za proljece.. odlazak na vikendicu i kad nemamo ništa oko sebe.. vijacu u ruke i u prirodu.. Takva mi je sad slika u glavi..

Tko ima vijacu i tko preskace - da vidim... ?
Možemo odmah i voditi raspravu - gdje ste kupili vijacu i gdje ima najbolje po kvalitetnoj cijeni?

Al inace dost su povoljne, barem u metrou.

Ja isto pocinjem ponovno skakat. imam doma jednu , š50kn sam dao.. treba slozit si doma s debelim konopom, jer onda dosta rade ramena..

  Kupio sam prije jednu ali mi nepaše nikako, bolji mi je obican jaci komad konopca koji sam kupio prije toga

Inace mislim da je super stvar i planiram ju ubaciti cešce

Ja planiram ubaciti kao kardio trening s vijacom, i sad vidim ovaj clanak, odlicno tražila sam jucer vijacu, ali nisam našla, zna netko u zg gdje ima dobrih vijaca?

Da.. barem je se ne mora dugo skakati..A meni bicikla pored mene u sobi, a neda mi se

Dobra stvar... samo za po teretani mi nije, a po
stanu...uhm...moglo bi biti svacega - od kacenja za
namještaj, razbijanja lustera - da dalje i ne nabrajam
Moram samo smisliti mjesto, ostalo ce vec ici lakše
