Program je ok nije dosadan i ako si dosljedan rezulatati su vidljivi . Za sve vas koji trazite nadopune programa, nadopuna ne postoji , imate ovdje program mase i definicije odmor i ponovo braco, sta bi vi jos broj od kozmeticarke za zavrsni touch ;)

Pozdrav .. vec sam u drugom ciklusu za mišicnu definiciju. Rezultati su dobri. Što se tice težine krenete od neke sredine ni najlakše ni najteže..Ako niste nikad radili znaci utezi 1kg- 1.5 kg.. i postupno povcavate , svaki drugi tjedan Pozzz
