haha.. ubija me glad.. nemogu se ja najest bez paste ili rize.. ovako bez UH ludim.. ali mislim da ovaj tjedan je gotovo sa tom dijetom i prelazim na normalan unos UH (oko 40% ukupnih kalorija)...

 i ja san si nekako manji. moga bi i ja jos jedan kardio LI ubacit na dane kad nije gym pa da bude i HIIT ili barbell complexi i LI. i jos cu taj bodyweight probat ovi tjedan
