Dok radim neke vjezbe (zgibove, propadanja, benc...) ruke mi se poprilicno tresu, kao da sam prikljucen na struju ili tako nesto. Da li se nekom to isto desava ili zna razlog? Hvala...

jel radis zagrijavanje i razgibavanje? koliko dugo vec vježbaš? ako si pocetnik to je normalno. Meni se recimo tresu noge kad radim na noznoj presi s velikom tezinom :)

Da, uvijek se zagrijavam i istezem. Trenirao sam prije, pa sam pauzirao oko 2 godine i sada opet poceo. Pa bi se moglo reci da sam pocetki :) Valjda ce proci...

proci ce kad se tijelo navikne i opet se pojaviti (vjerovatno :)) kad povecaš težine (na bench mislim)

korma, kod dosta ljudi se to dešava, kod nekih citavog života, kad se prekoraci neko relativna subjektna razina opterecenja, koja se jacanjem povecava.. Zna biti neka neurološka urodjena mana, ne brini, vježbaj(ako nemaš zdravstveni problem), no nemoj pretjerivati, polako se napreduje.
